As today's players will no longer be considered fit for purpose in the future. In 30 years time some people will say Messi was not that good. The best footballers rise to the top in their own era. They are the greats of the game for a reason.

I haven't been too concerned up to now - we have retained who we needed to retain and signed two new players - but we will need to see progress over the coming fortnight.
