It's not even a "if" - it's petulance again. All you have to do is watch his head and hands - he's checking the mirror, parks his car in the middle and then swerves right and left.

He brake tested him, pure and simple, because he couldn't handle being told to give the place back. It's his modus operandi - petulance, cheating, constantly and it's such a shame as he has so much natural talent.
