The boy is highly rated, he hasn't played much footy, theres every chance he could come good.

Nobody has seen anything of him and most of us are basing our opinion on like 15minutes of watching Schalke.
Never seen him play other than the YT videos mate. What I took from that was he was powerful, athletic and very pacey. They are all personal physical attributes that you can't teach, and that are missing in our current batch of CBs, Mason Holgate possibly excluded.

Now I have no idea if he is any good at defending. Those videos never show the mistakes and the goals conceded do they. But if Marcel and Carlo want him and think they can make a proper defender out of him, I'm not going to argue.
 
Riquelme had no pace, but had the intelligence. The ball did his running for him. James is the same. If pace were all that was needed then Walcott would be a world beater.
