For me, the first issue that needs to be addressed is for Carlo or the club to decide what type of team do we want to be.

Do we want to work towards a Leicester style where they are a mini version of the top 2 in terms of pressing and style. Or do we want to be a more robust team like a Burnley who come what May will always grind out results.

at the minute we are miles off either but making that decision means we can head in one direction. Easier said than done admittedly
