The Bernard vs Iwobi is a tough call for this one. Con - They would kick Bernard up in the air, Pro - they would kick Bernard up in the air.

Pickford
Sidibie Keane Mina Digne
Delph
Sigurdsson Gomes
Richarlison Kean Bernard

433, Delph sitting in front of the defence with Sigurdsson and Gomes as the “creators”. Maybe swap Iwobi in for Sigurdsson if it’s not working out. For me Bernard was our best player when he came on at Bournemouth so he starts. Unfortunately for us the actual team sheet Will be identical to Bournemouth.

This, but you know he hasn't got the balls to drop siggyfraud and Coleman and you know we'll have to endure Lewin for a run of several games now

You have to think about who we are playing and what system they play.

It's all well and good changing it all up (and that needs to happen away from home) but we know what worked v Wolves (so v a back three/five).

That front four was full of energy and pressing. The changes need to be proactive from the manager and we need to be on the front foot.

Away is where you mix it up and go 4-3-3 or three at the back, dropping Gylfi if needs be.

Iwobi is struggling holding his width. He was getting into the same space as Siguurdson all the time.

I'm not sure Bernard in the middle would change that. Bernard is naturally more inclined to keep his width too.

Not v Wolves he wasn't. We need an extra body in the box because there's three defenders for Sheff Utd.

We could do with Gylfi getting the crosses in (after Digne he's our best crosser by far) and Rich/Iwobi/the CF (ideally Kean) in there.

Same team that started against Wolves.

We're a completely different team at home. Sheff Utd play with 5 at the back but do push on. They won't be as open as Wolves but if we can get Gylfi into those areas we can exploit them.

The changes in tactic and shape have to come away. At home, it's working.

Yes I largely agree.

But we were very open against wolves as well. We need to be much more solid and compact generally.

If Siguurdson plays, then he needs to find a way of not hogging the same space as the two wide players when they cut inside. He has plenty of quality but he's not fitting the system at the minute.
