New Everton Stadium Discussion

Eldonian Village / Athol Village.

That's the point.

Their homes wont be bulldozed, but they will be affected.

Anyway, the case is made and sustained on this issue: you cant have purity on it. If you want a stadium ANYWHERE in Liverpool it comes with disruption for people.
They wont. They use a completely different arterial route to access/egress their estates. I work round there every day Dave. The traffic along Regent/Derby/Rimrose has been horrific for the best part of 18 months now. There has been virtually no adverse overspill onto Vauxhall Rd during this entire time, thus creating no problems for, cough, local residents getting home at the busiest of times.

Find a different drum to beat.
The skin just split on this one

Work next to Sandhills lane on derby road, Vauxhall road is a hidden gem that nobody is aware of

Google maps shows quite clearly how far away the nearest housing is. Dave's just being his usual self and surprisingly advocating demolishing a school and housing over building on a derelict dock with no housing anywhere within the swing of a cranes arm.

Bellwhiffery at it's best

Just had a peek. Deffo passed it on way to Crosby, and only a derelict dock, road one, warehousing, road two, then some houses. Chooses some strange battles does Dave.

It’s half a mile away and only really accessible by one road (from BMD). It’s 2 main roads and an overhead railway before you gain access to the estate. People won’t even be arsed parking there on match days, there’s enough on street parking around the area

Be Fair...

Dave's right.

Some locals will be affected......
