I have faith in DCL but even if you’re right, he’s still doing a job as a foil for Richy. TAA is by far their weakest defensive link and I’d want Richarlison terrorising him rather than repeatedly running into their brick walls.

I just honestly think he's garbage at this level mate.

Him and Niasse I hope are gone in January with Tosun following next summer.

the week preceding the away derby i go through something similar to the five stages of grief.

1st comes doubt
2nd comes anxiety
3rd i get a burst of hope at the mere thought of eeking out a win
4th, all those dreams comes crashing down when i remember we always bottle it
and then 5th comes the acceptance that we probably won't win but with a inkling of hope that this time might be different

Let's just hope we turn up without looking like we're pooing ourselves, if he can change the mindset to going at them what's the worse that can happen? Had plenty of 4-0 pastings in the last few years.

Let's remember what Tosun said about this match last week on a magazine interview

About Merseyside derby

[.....I played once, it is a truly special match. Incredible atmosphere. Nobody should have doubts about us players' motivation coming to that fixture. You can not not be motivated if you are playing against Liverpool in an Everton shirt. Personally, I am so looking forward to the derby. If I can score in that one, I know fans will love me even more and I will be a true Evertonian, so hopefuly I can achieve that. But the most important is that we win the match, it has a great significance to our fans]

So no matter who plays, just fight your heart out, stay solid, mentally strong, be aware of the importance of shirt you are wearing, then the result will hardly upset me. Let's give them some hard time in their own yard
