He should be starting for us he is our future on the left. Baffled me we let him go out, we have no genuine replacement for Bolasie on the left who is stinking the place out bar the odd sporadic moment of quality, that seems like more luck than an indication of his quality post injury.

I was at the Werder Leipzig game today. Just waiting to get on the plane home now. Werder should have been 2 or 3 up at half time but didn’t take their chances. Leipzig had created little and seemed tired after their exertions on Thursday. Once he came on, Lookman was the best player on the pitch. Werder couldn’t handle him and hacked him down a couple times for good measure.
I’ve long had a soft spot for Werder since their early 2000s teams in the Champions League and had been meaning to come for ages. However, even when I avoid Everton for a weekend and go abroad, Fat Sam still manages to find a way to spoil my enjoyment at the match and send me home disappointed!

The way we play it doesn't really matter as that player will be isolated regardless.
He was hardly tearing up trees for us, he is getting a few minutes here and there for Leipzig, a better side who can afford to chuck someone on for a bit.
Its a good thing what is happening, the further away he is from our current abomination of a season the better.

Sam is talking purely about consistency and longevity which is totally right about a lot of young players in the PL.
