He just must be able to offer more. Highly respected at ajax which means he must have good teckers. Captained the club which means he must have some balls deep down. We just havent seen it yet and he has hidden during games esp last 2 or 3 matches he played in. The only time i saw him for ajax was the cup final and to be honest i wasnt impressed at all but overall he must have a lot more than he has shown us

He's not though Steve, he scored a late winner against Arsenal and that's it.

United fans hated him, we hated him, Watford fans will see through him eventually. Have a look at the first 40 pages or so of the original Snivelley thread and see how he pulls the wool over the eyes.

You're wrong here Orly.

T Clevz is actually having a very good season.

Doesn't change he is a bad crab like, but he's playing very well atm.

Nope.

Played 9 games , 1 goal, 1 assist. Worra season that is.

Look lads give over, I'm the authority on Snivelley Stats

But if you've actually watched the games, you'll see he's been playing well. Getting about, regaining and retaining possession well.

Lad's in good form. Doesn't mean we should miss him.

I often think back to his chance in the home game against Ruzomberok that he really should have buried. Could've done a lot of good for him in hindsight had he scored there.

Yep. Same with Sandro.

They both needed a goal nice and early to settle them somewhat.

As it is they've both been crowbar'd in and out of the side with no set role in a dysfunctional system. They've both been awful and now they both look shattered confidence wise.

I've covered them six times for work this season in all comps.

Cleverley has played well in pretty much every one I've seen him in, yeh.

And he's managed 1 goal and 1 assist.

Notwithstanding you making up your usual tosh about having watched 540+ minutes of Watford for the sake of trying to win an internet argument, we've seen all this before from The Sniv; plays mediocre in a winning, in-form team, then runs and hides at the first sign of trouble.

He's a crap player, he continues to be crap, and he's much like Klaassen in that way.

Benefitted hugely from Dolberg knock downs and passes into the box when weak teams left him unmarked.

Its one thing to be playing against weak sides in Holland but another to turn it on in the premier league.

He wasn't even in the top 4 best players at Ajax last season, I wouldn't have signed him and it seems odd that we went for him.
