Fellaini update

I think you will find he never said it was a ligament rupture.

When its on the OS, you can come back and say sorry lad.

No he didn't indicate any reason why. Just:
"Me mate has just texted me to say , it aint looking good .
Looking like the season .This , to me , says adios Eufa , but others may disagree .
Even with him we'd struggle tactically , without him we are bolloxed . You MUST keep the ball in European football .
This is a proper shame - see last year , Arteta / Jags , etc - ."

 Well I've got medical knowledge and I saw Fellaini extend and contract his foot on his own on the pitch.

Couldn't do that with a ruptured lateral ankle ligament - its impossible.

And that is the only real major injury (considering he's had a clear x-ray with no fractures or dislocations) that could keep him out long term i.e. 3 months +.

A tidy up job of any cartilage would be 8 weeks.

So I think we should just wait and see, hence why the club haven't said anything.

Actually, i just did something to my ankle yesterday. The foot got pulled back a bit, which seems to have f*cked up my ankle.

Just saying, it doesn't take much to do a bit of damage.

And as Mikel said, he never said that he ruptured his ankle ligament, so whether or not you have medical knowledge or not, your basically arguing with yourself. The only person who has said that was you, and then you said it couldn't have been Ankle ligaments.

Strange.

Dan , I'm not on me horse , mate . People have a pop . I can't let it slide . He does this for us . So , I defend him .
Being honest , I'm starting to get a bit too wound up lately , which is coinciding with this forum getting lots of new members from other sites . There may be a conection .
I was uny ever trying to sort us . This site , here . So was he .
Think we both best hang our boots up .

P.S. to all other quotes ; nice one .

Should be water of a ducks mate.

99% of us reading this thread on another forum would doubt it, given that Moyes has said he hasn't been to see a specialist yet. It's not "a pop" at you or your mate, it's just debate - its a open forum, it's expected. As for new members, no one who registered after July 2008 has doubted you in this thread.

As most know, you've always been spot on with your information. So lets wait and laugh at the doubters, again. Though - as you said, early indication is that it doesn't look to good, an end of season injury. Hopefully it doesn't turn out to be as bad as that - whatever happens though, given the past information you've passed on, its certain first impressions was what you said.

Give me a shout if your doing the Sporting Lisbon screening. ;)

Just for those who STILL don't believe this lad .
O.K. , I've told you . You don't believe it , yet quote the fukn Echo , or wherever as YOUR source .
He may be right , he may be wrong - though , if you weren't new , you'd know that he hasn't been wrong , ABOUT ANYTHING , to date .
I get a bit wound up with the inference - i.e, that I'm lying - , but that's just heads , eh ???
He said it . Until he says different . It's what I'm going with .
P.S. He told us 5 days pre-announcement that Saha had signed . Some doubted then too . AND , that weren't in the papers , neither .
Nor was Billy . Nor Johnny H . Nor Screech , .......

L.C.A.B. resists urge to ask himself why he fukn bothers ???

Going Everton related, I have no doubt believing anything you say David. In all my time browsing the various Everton fora, you are the only one who's information was proven correct time and again. Don't get so wound up by the non believers, who dare to doubt LCAB's word. Always remember: "Those that understand need no explanation. Those that do not understand, don't matter.

Oh and btw, we definately should work out a meet up before or after the West Ham game in April.;)

LCAB is the best thing about this place with his info, the stories about us signing Bily only ended up in the paper after it coming out on here with it, so although "medical knowledge" is relevant, and useful to the debate, there's no need to be confrontational, especially with the most trusted poster on the forum! WHoops!

Who's been confrontational?

I'm a doctor. Just giving my opinion.

I don't think anyone here doubts LCAB's credibility, it's just that with Fellaini being such an important player to this club some of us prefer not to believe him this time.

I just refuse to believe that Fellaini will be out for the rest of the season, I've been dreaming of seeing Arteta and Fellaini as our starting CMs for months now. It would be extremely frustrating if he was indeed out for the rest of the season. But again I don't think it got anything to do with LCAB's credibility.
