What Did You Last Eat Thread

Sausage and Bacon roll, it was tinged with sadness though as the Greggs I purchased it from has a sign up saying they are closing on 5th March, meaning I have to walk a further 200 yards to the next shop.
The one in Walton vale is closing down as well . Good riddance . I've yet to have anything cooked hot from any greggs .

They employ some of the most unhappy looking people I've ever seen, not sure if it's a requirement to get a job there or if that's just how you end up after a couple of weeks there, so I shouldn't really be bothered that it's going. And you're right, everything is always cold, I'm just to lazy to go elsewhere.

Granola and Icelandic yogurt. Boring, but nicer than toast!

waterfields is the best high st bakery. But I've never had breakfast stuff out of any of them. Just pies pies and more pies

Bacon, hummus, med veg sandwich in ciabatta. Swapped it for my usual bacon/sausage/egg etc morning sandwich and they're a lot tastier.

Wife just making her legendary cous cous with Roast peppers, mint, sun blushed tomatoes, lemon and loads of olive oil. It is exceptional.
Washed down with a nice red and my daughter is making a surprise pudding (could be weird).
If you don't like cous cous, you are doing it wrong.
