ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

He's jumped at Liverpool when Bayern wouldn't budge on an assurance on him succeeding Guardiola.

I believe it's all a bit 'coals to Newcastle' this 'full throttle' stuff. It had an impact on the Bundesliga when that league was a lot more one paced than it is today after his Dortmund team had a big effect. However, England is the home of all action 100 mph footy and he's coming into a crowded market.

I can well imagine Liverpool went for Ancelotti. They'd have been better off making him a massive offer and one he couldn't refuse.

Was Ancelotti 'The Preferred One'........

still think their main problem is simple, they cant attract top players and overpaid for average players

plus they aren't producing players

They're putting a brave face on it, but you can tell there's major fume bubbling under their little Kopite lids.

Go 'ead Koeman lad, turn up and smash them. They'll be so confused as who to blame they'll be spontaneously combusting

The normal one? wtf?

If he's the normal one, he is completely walking alone then over there, maybe they were referring to the whole fan base, Klopps the normal one, the rest being mental.

I think it's early days for him, but right now he looks like a man who's made the biggest mistake of his career.

He'll have loads of cash, sure. But I have a feeling his game won't travel well from Germany to England. I can't see a game that emphasises hard work is getting anything more than a top 6 finish. We'll see.

Forget about the score mate how many Ks did they run.

Poor Klopp, he thought the atmosphere at Liverpool was like the atmosphere at Dortmund, he thought that he could make these players good, he thinks that all the adulation is great. He's in for a 3rd shock when he gets his first bullet in the post.

KLOPP OUT!!!!!

Liverpool fans on Twitter actually ask for Jurgen Klopp to be sacked and Brendan Rodgers hired after they concede against Rubin Kazan

Liverpool did not make the best of starts to their Europa League clash with Russian side Rubin Kazan.

The Reds were meant to waltz to victory under new boss Jurgen Klopp, who was taking charge of his first Liverpool match at Anfield.

But the Russians did not read the script as Marko Devic fired home inside the first 15 minutes.

And Liverpool fans could not help drawing comparisons between Klopp and former boss Brendan Rodgers.

Well yes but he still has millions of pounds worth of talent in that team, He also has players he says he tried to sign (like Origi). He is not organising them well at all.

Like I said mate, you can't polish a turd and he's got no chance with that squad. Rodgers well and truly spunked an Everest amount of money on them.

I can imagine Klopp for the first 8 minutes tonight thinking "this is boss, amazing atmosphere and the players will put on a performance". 8 minutes later "this is crap, atmosphere is crap and players are crap".
