He was great against Arsenal. Always looks capable of something special and works really, really hard - especially compared to when he first joined.

I love da Kev.

I don't mind Kev as much as i used to. His stats are certainly good and he seems to be very happy playing for us, and his energy and pace on the ball causes problems for defences.

My only query on him is the, for me at least, way over the top opinion of him some fans hold. I don't really know how you could call that performance great when it was a very average and common Kev performance. He runs...fast. He can beat his man moving across the field. However his decision making is still frustrating as hell. He showed signs of improving last season, but he is just a good and ocassionally vey good attacker. All instinct and no brain.

Doesn't really sound like I like him...but I do!

If you were happy with him onSaturday you must be vey easily pleased,,,,,,,

Sell him! How dare he not have a boss game! A club like Everton should not stand for it! Nil satis nisinoptimum etc.

Lukaku wasn't boss against Leicester, let's sell him as well. I reckon we could recoup £10 mill or so.

I like Kev .. He gets the club you can never question his effort , sometimes he can try to much or drift out of games and be a bit inconsistent ..thing i like bout him he has a little nasty streak in him which is rare in our team and when he's on his game he's quality

Totally agree with this. And I like him too.

His pace gives us a valuable asset on the break. I know he can be infuriating at times with making the wrong decision etc. but in his position trying to make the killer pass he will often infuriate. What he does have is that ability to make that killer pass or use his pace to stretch teams. Let's face it, everton are a stronger side for having Kev in it.

Just thought he had a good game. Got down the wing a lot, skinned his man a few times and created some chances. He was always the out ball and relieved a lot of pressure by chasing (and catching) balls chipped over to him. Hit a good free kick as well and did a good job defensively.

Just reminded me actually, he really did do a much better job defensively didnt he. There was a time last season when even Deulo looked more interested in tracking back.

I don't recall him skinning his man though, unless you mean cutting across the pitch. Which, although not always effective, is at least somebody carrying the ball at the defence and making it shift. Give them something to worry about.

Aye, that's the one part of his game which has notably improved over the last season - his defence and work rate. At one time I'd say he was one of the laziest players in the side - now he's one of the most hard working.

Aye, not skinned as in pinned his man then whoppered him with a bit of skill, I mean there were times when he nipped in and got to a loose ball first then shot off leaving the challenger nowhere.

Kev is great
