This is a good time to remember the GOT membership voted Brendan Rodgers in 1st place as our choice of next Everton Manager.

Once he was confirmed in as Liverpool manager, we quickly gathered numbers and voted the crack pipe in to win the final count.

Thank all the fooks the GOTapocalypse wiped out that poll from memory, and any future rawk-use.

i voted Mirko Slomka, lad...Martinez was in that poll, hardly picked anything up.


Brenda was hot stuff while he was at Swansea...it was near the end of that season where he and Lambert at Norwich (who got 2nd in the poll) really made good impressions. We just got knocked out meekly by Reading and that was the reason for starting the thread (unless I got my years mixed up...it was a shyte result n performance that inspired the poll anyway).


Anyway, just saying that there's thin lines involved here...and looking at the tart's Twitter account, I wouldn't take it that seriously, no matter how funny it seems as beered-up banter.

haha! naah...got some negs for my troubles calling "bullshiit", like. there were about 30 candidates in the poll, all chosen by us in a previous thread. the poll got a couple thousand votes, so it was a fair reflection at the time as to who we wanted as manager.


here if anyone's interested...i'll still take the piss out of Brenda, but maybe a little more sheepishly than others...

Slightly annoying to see those who wanted Rodgers as our next manager now slating him just because he's gone there.

Well it looks like a fraction of the GOT membership believed the Brenda hype.

However, it took about 5 mins of his first press conference for us to suss him as the complete gobsh*te conman he is while the kopites still reckon he's Shankly reincarnated, so, overall, we probably come out of it looking okay.

Look lads/girls, I'm new on here, directed here by a mate and laughed at a few of the jokes but are we not losing some respect by perpetuating this apparent month long myth. There used to be allegations bandied about one of our old managers and a player amongst others, and they were NOT that funny, nor were pounced upon with rabid abandonment by hordes of slavering reds.
