Sorry, I have to disagree. Not with your knowledge but you're interpretation of it. This has gone impressively off-topic now so I'll be brief. You are assigned gender at birth, and this gender cannot be changed (I agree). However, you're not necessarily born into the body that matches your gender. That's a transsexual. The physical and chemical changes do change your sex to match your gender.

I'm aware there's a counter argument to that, but what I've said is a very basic and probably not too eloquent summation of a strong argument that's rooted in subjectivity. I see where you're coming from, I just simply disagree.
