But he never ever ****ged off pienaar and he bought him back twice.

Only one player has run down his contract and been criticized for it by moyes, that I remember, and that was gosling and that was because he said he would sign up again and then didn't. Pienaar wasn't criticized for doing it and lescott didn't run down his contract.
I did not say run down their contract I said would not commit their future to the club, just like David is doing now.

What I hate the most is his double-standards; when a player says he does not want to sign a new contract or wish to leave he is labelled illoyal and damaging the club from within by Moyes. When Moyes does it it is alright and nothing we inferior fans should worry about.

Don't be so offended, look at the bigger picture. If it means the board coughing up more money it will have been worth it.

But Lescott had committed his future to the club, that's what signing a contract means.
Moyes was still saying that he was illoyal and had his head turned. I'm sorry but I don't see much of a difference to what Moyes is doing right now. Yes he's not talking about other jobs - possibly because no-one is interested in taking him, but he is still holding the club for ransom.

Illoyal?

They cannot give what they don't have. Earl and others are Kenwright's friends who all sit on the board because otherwise it would be to obvious that Kenwright runs the club his way and only his way.

If Kenwright at the end of the season gave Moyes an ultimatum - take it or leave - I would be happy.

I'm not happy with what Moyes is doing and I think it should be a sacking offence but I don't think he's an hypocrite.

He's never had a problem with people running down their contracts.

You think he should be sacked? For running down his contract?

1st manager in the history of everton football club ,to hold the club to ransom ,not once but twice ,

For the way he's taking the club for granted and acting like they need to impress him enough to get him to stay rather than the other way round, yes.

I would have told him in january that it's an unneeded distraction and he either signs or loses his job.
