What relevance has that got to what he sees from the young lads in training?

Well if he see's Anichebe playing in training everyday and thinks he's worthy of playing PremierLeague games at right wing then i don't really trust his judgement on whether our young players are "ready" to play in the Prem or not.

Him seeing them everyday in training doesn't mean that he might not be being too cautious and slow in bringing them into the first team squad.

Yeah Anichebe is an absolute joke on the right wing to be fair isn't he, laughable selection, much worse than 50% of the league.

How many times he did he play Tim Cahill last season mate ?

Phil Neville ?

How many times has he started Anichebe on the wing ?

Yet compared to some of the players moist has played there over the years he's not that bad.

Must have seen the excellent performances Cahill, Rodwell, Osman and were have been putting in in training and realised he had to put a shift in in order to be picked ahead of them at right wing.

I was being sarcastic mate. Anichebe isn't that bad, even on the right wing. Compared to some of the absolute turd you see week in week out in the Premier League he's pretty good.
