ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

Their cringe worthy self absorption is delving new depths here.

Their massive over reaction to what were imo, correct refereeing decisions is quite astonishing.

I think it's even greater than it normally would be, because they're wedged in the bottom 3. Despite none of them even mentioning it & them bigging up the "new regime", "the system is promising", "we've outplayed both Manc sides, we'll be fine" - deep down they know that they've not got a striker worthy of the title, they're leaking goals like a sieve & they're badly in the ****e.

Denial is therefore the order of the day & the best starting point for that is to deflect from the facts & focus on some paranoid drivel about an imaginary 'witch hunt', they can therefore blame the FA, the Mancs & their nemesis SAF for their current woes & ignore the obvious facts.

So true, rs are saying that will be playing effective football soon, what does that even mean?

I'll be proper destroyed if this shower get anything of us this season, i hope we turn it to dial 11 and fist them into mercy right infront of the Kop.

I don't normally join in the RS hating on here as half my extended family are reds and decent types.

But I can't help noticing that we had two very contentious decisions go against us against Newcastle that cost us two points.

Compare Moyes' response "yeah, I told the ref afterwards that i thought they were both in. Didn't have a shouting match or anything but you'd hope that they'd see that they were both goals....."

To this from Johnson and Gerrard. ""I almost guarantee if it was exactly the same situation and it was Luis and not Valencia then it wouldn't be a penalty. It is cheating at the end of the day, that's what people call it."

For many years we've been labelled The Bitters by our red brothers. With some justification...we've always had plenty to moan about from our derby encounters (start with Clive Thomas and the list begins...) and have been loud and long in our complaints.

Maybe time for the mantle to be handed on. Instead of the Blue Bitters what could we call them? Carping Kopites?

very good point kid

just found this post by a rs

I think SAF has come out of the whole thing with respect. The way he acted at goodison the week before and the way he acted on and before Sunday. Have to give him credit for that. He also knows that united have idiots who he would not want representing the club. I thought it was strange how he wrote a letter to every united supporter, in regards to their behaviour, while BR said that he did not need to tell the Liverpool fans how to behave.
There are some people in life regardless of who they support, who are just vile, and i hate those people more than i could hate any club.

He is a joke

Plus the rs have found that Halsey was at a charity dinner with Ferguson last Thursday and its a conflict of interests. KARMA

There all over twitter wishing Halsey death from Cancer and threatening his family. Been reported to the police, yet another saga dragging thier name through the mud would be marvellous.

Rancid Reds ?

They are certainly stinking the City and the P.L. out at the moment, having that lot over the park is like living opposite a landfill.

What I don't get is why everyone's going on as if Suarez was cleaned out when the ball was 20 yards away? I think Evans got a toe to the ball myself. Good challenge, no penalty.
