I can see this happening tbh.... were on about letting Vellios go out on loan for the season, it would make sense to get owen in as cover, if jelavic gets injured or even mirallas now who will cover them? dont say anichebe coz we all know hes gash.... Owen will take a pay cut and sign for us, on a similar deal to louis saha when he first joined. It makes perfect sense for owen, he lives 30 mins from goodison and all his stables and horses are here in Northop (welsh/chester border)... I seen his mate in the shop the other night and he did say Everton were interested in him.... Didnt say nothing more than that tho the tw@t 
Personally i dont see it being to bad as long as his wages dont cripple us because when he is fit he is a good finisher and good poacher, he can certainly come on in the last 20 mins and maybe change the game... but we shall wait and see
