Charly on Tim off. Unsurprisingly.
We’re not really used to teams sitting back and allowing us possession. We look a bit lost when that happens. We’re a team that is used to having less possession and then trying to nick a goal when we get a chance to get forward. Breaking down an organised defence is not in our skillset, and dealing with fast counter-attacks less-so.Can't really blame it on Barry. The few touches he's had have been OK. But if we can't create chances for him what is he supposed to do. All we have done is pass it around in front of their back line. Very predictable, no pace and Newcastle absolutely taking us to the cleaners scoring every time they attack.
O'Brien is playing like he doesn't know what to do. His favourite thing is to always leave it for other players. He doesn't like getting involved. He seems relieved when the ball is out of his zone and has zero reading of a game.Agreed
Garner
Barry
O'Brien
Only 3 that look awake
Garner had a good half.
He’ll make at least 2 changes at half time here surely.Posted earlier Moyes won’t change anything until 70 mins and it will be Beto for Barry, but I’ve got a horrible feeling he’ll start the 2nd 1/2 with subbing McNeil for Tim, dropping KDH deeper and putting Skilli / Grealish at 10.
Alright Hagar, how's those giant turkey legs?
He is just not present today!! Sort of wish I wasn't either right now!Pickford also put himself in no man’s land for the third. He’s been horrible.
Its very Everton. Youre allowed one good game , then its slippers on for a few games then a kick up the ass and maybe a win. Last 30 years
