Pickford did the initial damage. Staying rooted on his line (as usual) for the 1st goal and rather than take a ball to his chest he decides to parry it between his own legs. 3 goals conceded unnecessarily that should easily be defended
Can't really blame it on Barry. The few touches he's had have been OK. But if we can't create chances for him what is he supposed to do. All we have done is pass it around in front of their back line. Very predictable, no pace and Newcastle absolutely taking us to the cleaners scoring every time they attack.Halves like that remind me we are playing with cloggers at CB (who've generally been OK this season), full backs who can't attack, a central midfield badly lacking any control and a striker who can't score.
But other than that, it's all good.
It’s all down to the mentality and Moyes doesn’t have what we need mate. This club should be winning things and instead we’ve gone back to the times of Kenwright.it’s us that are mate
Charly and Beto aren’t out warming upSurely Tim doesn't come out second half
For whatever reason Moyes has been talking all season like we have been in playing well, that has been the most disturbing aspect of the season.
Exactly. For years all we try to do is isolate a striker with no hope against three defenders. We’re putting no one in the box. Zero shots on goal. Pathetic. Why have we been playing 4231 when 433 gave us 2 wins from 2
But it was a sliding-door moment because a it was 0-1 at the time. I think tonight has proved how important Gana is for us. Tim is a terrible defender. To be fair, if that load of absolute muck got involved on every throw in I’d swerve the sport altogether.
We've managed to go back below the RS without them kicking a ball ffs. The collective nosebleeds must've drained us this week

Tim is nothing like a DM so what would that matterwe don’t have any other dms tho if that’s how we are guna play
about €50m worth i’d say…The difference between Woltemade and Barry is very stark
