Got the train into Truro today and sitting in fave pub sipping strong Cornish lager. Desperately needed new underwear and also some Asian food supplies. Shamefully I also purchased some new clobber, which purely coincidentally means I won't have to do any ironing before my trip up to Liverpool

Unfortunately I didn't plan the train/bus connections very well and I have circa 45 minutes to fill. So I've transferred from my fave Truro pub to my fave Falmouth pub and am currently enjoying a lovely pint of King Arthur porter from the Tintagel brewery. What a bummer.
Changed times when you wake up on transfer deadline day but any excitement you do have is for The Apprentice starting back tonight.

Just read a very touching article about Dwight McNeil and his girlfriend and what has happened with her ill health over the past year. What an incredible person he is to keep giving so much to our club when his personal life was so traumatic for him.
