Most legal processes seem to be delayed for years, especially when there's no legal precedent like this.
I hope they'll find a compromise which suits both parties so a minimal points deduction that means we should stay up.

Actually not a terrible idea... kopite behaviour... but it seems to get things done.

Let's wait until about April for that. If we are 25 points clear of the bottom three in April, then yeah we can probably absorb a 12-point deduction.
