Michael Keane who’s been a defensive catastrophe his entire life gets in the team ahead of Holgate and that’s in his natural position, what makes you think he’d throw him in at right back?

Keane is a Dyche favourite. He knows how to get the best out of him to make him more of an asset.

There's no way Dyche will allow Patterson into that back four. He's a calamity.

We need Coleman for for the next 10 games. That's essential for us. There's no other specialist to fit in at RB.

So why don't you think he should have spent these weeks resting ready for our final crunch 10 games? :)

I think a Patterson who's well drilled and given clear instructions from a manager like Dyche could be an asset for us in this final 10 games, Dave.

He's raw and has made mistakes but I'd fancy Dyche to teach him the game.

Keane and Coleman were catastrophes for massive parts of last season. In the same way they can become more disciplined and offer more than they did previously, so can Patterson.

So were Keane and Coleman last season.

But with proper coaching and direct instructions they have changed that.

Seems a bit disingenuous to suggest that couldn’t be the same for Patterson.

Fingers crossed Coleman stays fit as he has been playing well and don’t want to disrupt the back line. I’d like Patterson to be able to be utilised in front of Coleman (as Coleman did when he was younger).

Coleman's been our best defender for a decade. Yes he might have a howler now and again, but his effort is consistent and usually a secure performance is given.

Patterson may be utilised further up the pitch. I cant see Dyche trusting him at RB.

Overall at RB - if we're in the PL and not under an embargo - he'll move to get another RB in this summer. I feel sure of that.
