Carlo Ancelotti to Real Madrid – Reports

Real Madrid are in talks with Everton’s Carlo Ancelotti in order to appoint him as their new manager, according to reports.

Cadena Ser report Real Madrid have identified Ancelotti as the man to replace Zidane, and claim Los Blancos made an approach four days ago. AS report Ancelotti the same, reporting that Everton have already began to explore potential replacements.

Widely respected journalist Fabrizio Romano has also confirmed today that Real Madrid are in talks with Carlo Ancelotti.

The Italian coach, who has been in charge at Everton since December 2019, and has a contract at Goodison Park until 2024, managed the Spanish giants from 2013-2015.

Real Madrid are looking for a new manager after Zinedine Zidane resigned for the second time last week.  Club legend and current reserve team coach Raul, as well as former Inter, Chelsea and Juventus boss Antonio Conte, are other candidates for the job.
