Tom Cleverley has passed a medical at Watford ahead of a move from Everton.
The deal will be a loan with a view to making the move permanent in the summer.
The Hornets are reportedly looking to conclude a loan move for the 27-year-old with an option to sign him for £8m and Sky Sports are reporting that he has passed a medical.
