When Manchester United visited Goodison Park back in October they won a game they were second best in for long periods.

Despite their FA semi-final loss, David Moyes’ side are on a great run of form and there’s no reason to believe they won’t bounce right back with a positive performance at Old Trafford.
In Nikica Jelavic Moyes finally has the goalscorer he’s been yearning for for so long. The Croatian knows how to put the ball in the back of the net but he’s also been working hard and linking up well with his relatively new team-mates. He can also play more than two games in-a-row without picking up an injury. Jelavic has hit four in his last five games and is well worth a bet at 11/1 to score first and 7/2 to score anytime.
Only the two Manchester teams have conceded fewer than Everton this season, which suggests this is going to be a low-scoring affair. Everton are a massive 8/1 to win, which given their record against United is worthy of a small punt at least. A 1-0 Everton win pays out at 22/1.
Being away from home the draw will be the more popular option amongst Everton backer and at 15/4 you’ll still get a good return if it clicks. You can take 0-0 at 13/1 or the more likely 1-1 at 8/1.
With the title on the line from the home side a solid Everton start could see some nerves creeping in to the United side. Perhaps that could explain Ashley Young’s balance issues. Either that or some kind of inner ear infection. Everton have proven a thorn in United’s side before and they could really stick it to them and their title hopes with a win at 8/1.
