Not suprised in the slightest, he plays for one of the 'Sky 4' teams, is Englands number 9, so the rules state he is immune to punnishment. Alex Ferguson will also escape a ban I presume, even though he openly criticized the ref after the game. Im sick and tired of the top 4 teams getting treated differently from the rest of us.

lol in all honesty you cant fine/ban players for kissing a badge, no matter how who and when it is. He didnt provoke anything, he just made most ppl laugh. Agree with that. As much as I do dislike Shrek, a ban would be inappropiate. You have to draw the line somewhere. Getting banned, for kissing a badge would really be setting a precedent. In a few years time a player would be banned for wearing the wrong coloured shoes.
