4 unlucky goals two offside two deflections. The other two when we went gung-ho.

I feel more optimistic about our season after that game than I did the Arsenal game. Apart from the two players at centre back we look a great team. So simple solution, bring in Stones and buy another centre back to partner him and we have one of the best lineups in the league.
Really though I think after last week Distin and Jagielka should of been dropped and hopefully for West Brom we will go in with a very strong looking team. I'm also slighty concerned about Barry's legs late in games as hes a big part to do with the defence and perhaps Besic should be brought on for him earlier.

Not just the defence though, McCarthy's positioning for me had a hand in a couple of the goals and he's usually sound. Not saying Jag's and Distin etc are blameless, course they are, but the players in front of them have to take their fair share too.
