Just don't let him play a full 90 minutes

Either play him for 50-60 mins from the start or bring him on for the last 20-30

This should minimise his weaknesses and exploit his strengths

Oh, and don't play him on the wing FFS!

After reading the extracts so far I have to conclude that Osman "the japester" has gotten permission off all his ex and current teammates to write absolute nonsense about them in his book in order to sell it and they're all having a big laugh about it. That has to be it surely? No one can really be that much of a nobhead.
