I actually don't think our season has been "railed" yet mate.

tons of blues wanted Nastasic in the summer window, dont forget every single game from the beginning of pre season to the end of the window (after the chelsea game) we were poor defensively so it clearly was a concern.

it matters not. How a player is only matters how he performs on the pitch when he signs. I could not care less about how he was beforehand.
