To be fair the only person who wouldn't take Osman over Henderson is Jordan's mum, and she knows Jack about football.

Would be horrible to see, even worse than watching him play for us in a Derby, or at Wembley etc

I don't think he would. He's a massive lightweight in the English game based on fast and physical play.

But on the continent and international football is nothing like that. I'm fact, hell get protected by the reffs who blow everytime a player is slightly shoved (see Greece yesterday). And for a England team who cannot keep the ball for the life of them, someone like ossie would work

Very good point that. He'd do well in slower/hang-on-to-possession-type international football.

    Shame it'll never happen.

He'd be a class player in turkey, Italy etc based on his technique. In England he needs some strength which he has zero of

    Im indifferent about osman

When he is good he can be useful, when he is bad, you forget he is playing.
He is a good footballer, but goes missing in to many games to be considered England class.
While Henderson may be an easy target to compare him to, Henderson has age on his side.

He's sadly right. He could be the link up in midfield for the strikers that England need with a gash Gerrard and an injured Lampard.
