LFC were compensated when stevie g was injured on international duty, was 2 or 3 seasons ago- they got a big wad off the FA coz he couldnt play for a while

Play Vellios and Billy behind him. Billy can make a smart pass out of nothing and if he shoots 10 times, 8 of those will test the keeper!

The English FA presumably have more money than the Australian one though.

And it's Liverpool ffs. Every footballing authority bows to their will without consideration.

Yep,quite improbable an African Nation can insure/compensate club for one of their superstars

The word is Cahil is fit and healthy and his move to the bench is a tactical move

Nice one, doesn't seem straight forward does it? We'd stand no chance if we had to push for compo ;)

    IF HE IS INJURED...

I Would be buzzin if he is injured for now...he is a work horse and a good player, but when he plays our teams formation is built around him,so maby we will now see a 442 or sum kind of formation with 2 STRIKERS! well the strikers we've got left.

Mind you, he probably fainted in disgust at the thought of being benched in a tactical move.

So this is now 2 players in the past few days that people have jubilated over their injuries. Shame on the lot of you, as has been mentioned before neither Big Vic or Tiny Tim chooses the team so if anything, rail at Moyes.

I just wish Moyes would start using Cahill as befits his strengths right now, impact player when called upon.
And ffs, Bily as a creative mid? As soon as someone came in close he'd do a half-arsed doink with his foot, trying to not get caught in a tackle. At least Cahill goes in full-stop..

    The lot of us?
Please read the thread. Fyi Summerskin's post was rather ironic.
Cahill almost certainly will be fit.

Why do you all take my caps lock rants seriously?

God, i've been here for a year and provided nothing but witty, intelligent discussion (about Prince).

Some of us who are a tad hard of hearing need things occasionally to be typed in CAPS LOCKS...
