Sounds great, doesn't it?
Great that we feel the need to confirm this. Its like FIFA announcing, "We do not accept bribes"
to be fair mate, whenever we have sold players we instantly reinvest that money and more often than not it has resulted in an improvement of the squad ie. Johnson, Mcfadden, Beattie, Naysmith and most recently Lescott and Pienaar doesn't count because he definitely wouldn't of been sold if he signed the very lucrative contract that we were offering.
Moyes saying what I've been saying for a while and been labelled a pessimist for - a top 10 finish would be a solid achievement this year.
And I'm sure he privately feels that relegation beckons inside 5 years too, which will be 4 years after he leaves probably.
God I'm depressed.

We're not a selling OR buying club ATM.
I don't get drunk. I get awesome.
We're not a selling club, we just sell players to pay the bank and maybe bring other players in.
I think Moyes might need to work a bit more on this message.

We sell to buy...
But we dont force to sell players we dont want to sell

Kenwright yesterday: 'we now move onto a player trading model'. Erm, what was the model of the last 5 transfer windows called?

Exactly.
Fair enough if the teams below us had massively strengthened, but Fulham haven't done much business and Aston Villa have worsened their squad. Sunderland have improved but their squad is still weaker than ours and under Bruce they've always flattered to deceive.
I'm frustrated because I believe we need a few additions and a bit of a formation shake up to improve on 7th. I don't think either of those things will happen, but why all of a sudden will we fall down the table? We've not lost players or anything.
Agreed. He's trying to reverse the psychology of last season, where he said he wanted to challenge for the league with this group pf players minus youngsters like Barkley. The Yak could make a surprise comeback too.
Lets hope with expexctations so low the team suprise us!!! Times are tough for all us supporters at the moment and I have never felt so worried for the blues. Come what may I will get behind the boys tomorrow - I will be supporting Everton FC and not that muppet Kenwright.
