Has Howard been on the crack pipe again?

I don't think he mentioned money once. He said quality signings, and we all know that there are plenty of quality players knocking around who can be bought for low fees. The problem is either finding them, and actually getting them to come to Everton.

Wouldn't call it a problem, bro.. If anyone can do it, as proven, our Moyes can.

It is when you have other teams sniffing around them who have better prospects. European football etc.

Dont rate him to be honest mate, but to answer your question, prob not!

*In other news congrats to John Ruddy - who may be a Prem keeper next season by the end of the night.

To be honest : thankgod you didn't say yes.

Your view of Howard is one thing, but to of taken Gomes over him would just prove you are delusional

I do think Tim should send Gomes a thank you card though - only polite!

Gomes is boss for months at a time you know. I think he's a better keeper than Howard. I'd take the swap.

"Howard made a bunch of saves."
Neiler and Co. post youtube videos of all his mistakes.

"Howard says positive things about the team to the media"
Neiler and Co insist he's on drugs and demand a trade for Gomes. Gomes?!? WTH?

"Howard visited a sick kid in the hospital."
Neiler and Co burn his house down, sell his children into slavery, piss on his favorite pair of gloves, draw on his head with magic marker while he's sleeping, etc.

Its always the same with Howard bashers. Its one thing to criticize. Its another thing to constantly bash him whenever he does... something. Like having a good game.

Howard is going to stay for at least a few years at Everton. So I wonder if you could name at least five positive things about him. In fact, I challenge you, Neiler, to name five positive attributes that Howard possesses. And you can't just re-list "He's not Gomes or Green" five times.
Moyes could. Wonder if you can.

I'd never swap that Teflon gloved buffoon of a keeper for Howard, no chance. Technically he is a good keeper but the sheer amount of goals he has given away and consequent points lost from mistakes he has made is ridiculous.
