No one wants to pay 150million for a club with no assets

This. And the fact that we basically lose money every year unless we sell players. $100 million is probably a fairer price.
    I don't get drunk. I get awesome.

The fact is I could put my house up for sale for 500 grand, and look 24/7 for a buyer, but no one's going to buy it because it's not worth that much.

Of course I dont want us to be Leeds or anyone else, we are Everton thats why we love the club............

My point is if no one is buying clubs why is there2 maybe 3 clubs being sold in the space of a few weeks, to guys who could afford to buy anyone.

Just been confirmed that Forest are the latest to be bought, new owners are doing due dilligence!!!

Really just highlighting these points in case some had missed them

    That is all

    People don't get it.

There is absolutely no reason for BK to sell.

His "real" business in theatre land is doing great - doubtless benefiting from his "Premiership Chairman" profile.

The majority of fans aren't businessmen and take at face value the official line - "best interests of the club at heart, doesn't take a wage" - the idea his company benefits by association wouldn't cross their minds.

I salute him I really do, as a small businessman myself I recognise he's worked the oracle for himself, until we're near relegation he can do exactly what he wants without pressure or significant criticism.

Unless a complete fool or a crook like Shinawatra turns up offering him a shed load of bent money there is NO INCENTIVE AT ALL.

Most match goers have never heard of "Kings Dock" and all the rest of it.

If you asked "would you like AGMs re-started to find out where 20 odd million quid of the clubs cash goes each year?"

They'd say: "dunno ....... (then, turning to mate), chinese or a curry?"

While letting it run to disrepair, never giving it a lick of paint and taking a big **** in every room.
