Because they aren't. Because they rules he posted specifically referred to local county based amateur football, hence the inclusion of the fine amount.
Whereas the info i posted earlier referred directly to the Premierleague. You know, after damon was shouting his mouth off with bold font and big letters that 5 bookings from the start of the season to now would mean a 1 game suspension but not kicking in for 1 week. Suggesting Coleman would miss the West Ham game if he was booked today and that other posters can't read.
