when i made the posts for which i have been condemned, the rules recently made were not applicable.

is it correct to say that i have been judged retroactively, or that my case is one adjudicated upon retrospectively?

i mention this as, an individual inferred that i was a racist and an inbred whilst parroting my then signature. the individual escaped punishment free yet by the rules (at the time) was guilty of offence.

It's a public forum, if you see fit to make comment, perhaps see fit to read what is publicly available before wading into something.

and, as for 'cryptic clues', perhaps they only mean something to those they were meant to mean something for.

Your signature for example. You do know everyones signature was wiped at one point? It wasn't anyone singling out suits just to annoy him believe it or not.
