All a bit general really Dan, not enough specific rules or examples - which could eventually lead to possible extremes.

Also, is there a rule about 'complaints'? the way i see it is, that if say four or five individuals with an axe to grind unite, and all target one account they dont like - what happens then? (I call this bullying by proxy)

Im sure Dan & Dlyan would be able to tell if a few members were planning on getting one person booted off, plus they would have to have proof of them doing something and not all of them will have that.

Of course the counter is reset, in the same way that the counters are reset after 'X' amount of days - otherwise the person would be permanently suspended.

Rules section, (which you are fully aware of) common sense -mainly discretion of staff.
