Login problem

Past few days have not been able to log in on here, clicking remember me and everything, today it took about 10 attempts and then when i clicked registered said i already had an account, finally got in, anyone know the issue?

Ive had an issue that I didnt have before- whenever I leave the site I have to log back in. Where as before I just clicked on the link and I was there already logged in.

Its been since the upgrade to be honest.

Mick that will be because of this Online Statistics

Previously unless people logged out, they would still be online for up to 3 hours which meant the online statistics were not really accurate. Changed it to 30 minutes....

2 days but been trying to get on quite abit and had to just leave it in the end.

I've had the same problem. Not sure it's the online stats as surely the remember me tab ensures you don't have to login each time you return to the forum? I've also noticed that when I do login it often doesn't display that I'm logged in until I actually browse somewhere in the forum.

thats what it did with me, i gave up then read a thread and i was logged in at the top

Session timeout is set at 30 minutes so I assume even with remember me, you would be logged out. The remember me would just cache your password, not keep you logged in past 30 minutes.

I dont entirely understand the problem, its fine for me.

i never have to login, i need my password though just in case.

right when i log in it says "logging in bainsey, please wait a minute" or whatever it says, then once that message goes its logged you back out, so got you put your username and password in again and try again, still didnt work for about 8 times.

When I close the window and then reopen straight away I still have to log in my username and password.
