Well for one, on Saturday Martinez won't be cautiously resting players in advance of a semi-final. Also we've actually beaten United at Wembley in the last decade, can't say the same for Liverpool at Anfield.

loved the contrast to Stevie G's celebration, looked like he had rehearsed it a thousand times in his head. Jags just looked delirious with happiness. Wouldn't mind seeing him get rested for a couple games in the run in though, want to get the most mileage and most seasons out of him as we can!

If spending would assure us the title, I would vote for that. But it doesn't, so the question for me isn't about the ethics of buying the title, it's a question of how best to establish a platform for long term success.
