Moshiri is proving that he’s not capable or not willing to financially support the club though?

If its administration he'll lose a huge % of what he expects back.

So its whether he keeps us going & makes us more attractive to investors/buyers or lets the club fall into administration and loses a fortune.

What a mess. Why can’t someone normal want to buy us. Premier league please block the 777. I apreciate the support they have shown with the stadium and more but it looks like they can’t run the club well. Look at the owner Bournemouth have. He really cares about them.

"Leadenhall's US court filing stated: "Everton is the latest shiny object of Wander’s fraudulent scheme, solvency aside.

"Upon information and belief, Wander and [co-owner Steven] Pasko are operating a giant shell game at best, and an outright Ponzi scheme at worst, that takes money in from investors and lenders and shuffles it around to various money-losing alter egos in the enterprise to disguise their true financial condition."

Anyone know if the points deduction for administration will be this season if the club announces it before the end of the season?

Hopefully can absorb a further 9 point deduction this season to avoid starting next season under water.

Depends if they follow the EFL rules.

Leeds United filed for administration with only a few days remaining in the 2006–07 season, which automatically triggered a 10-point penalty. This placed Leeds at the bottom of the table and relegated the club, but they were extremely likely to have been relegated anyway. By entering administration during the 2006–07 season, they hoped to avoid starting the 2007–08 season on −10 points. The following week, Boston United entered administration in the final minutes of a defeat to Wrexham which ensured they were relegated to the Football Conference, meaning they likewise avoided starting the following season on -10 points (though they would find themselves being double-relegated to the Conference North for unrelated reasons).[14]

The Football League saw both cases as clubs trying to exploit a loophole, and changed the rules. From 2007–08, any club entering administration after the fourth Thursday in March would have their 10-point deduction suspended until the following season. If the club is relegated the points will be deducted from their tally at the start of next season. If the club stays up the 10 points will be taken off their final total.

….my understanding is the Administration milestone for points deduction passed a while ago and from that point it counts next season.
