That's fine but we are still getting way less than 60k. Even if you said the whole South lower had 6k rail seats and we were going to a 1:1.3 it will yield a 1800 increase. The 1.3 ratio is unlikely to happen with the first 5 years imho.
If anything the capacity goes down with the extra space needed for tbe amount of journalists/media facilities in the stands at the euros. We won’t be increasing the capacity in the near future.
