Quite a good article in the athletic about bio-banding. Doesn't directly apply to us (apart from a quote from one of our ex-coaches saying we don't do it), but an interesting read.

Cheers for that, an interesting read . People will have views as to whether it’s good , bad or indifferent, but for once it would be nice to see the Everton name at the forefront of looking at potential innovations in youth football …..instead of “ I came from Everton, they didn’t do it there”
