This could be horrendous , but hopefully we will be more positive going forward. The heart says a 2 - 1 win for us , but my head feels the worst.

i get the felling it will be a good open game and ultimatly a score draw i dunno maybe 2-2 just think chelski will give us a lot of respect from our battling draw at there place,an after our poor display at the weekend well be well up for it.

We'll have to defend very well in order to get something from this. I think it will be a draw.

I cant see us gettin anything here. Chelsea are in top form and we will still be hurtin from the derby, so i think Chelsea will win 3-1, Lampard to score his usual 25 yarder too.

Us hurting from the derby will imo be a good thing, make us harder to beat .we will miss Fellaini + Pieman though ,Neville to play in front of the defence Arteta in the middle .4- 5- 1,

'arteta' i know he's been out a long time / still not up to fitness and all that
but when hes been brought on he's looked average usually he gets
the team going, creates things better than the rest i just hope he
ends up like he was before the injury, anyone know when the big fellas back?
im going for a 1-1 lucky draw chelsea arguably the best
team in the prem lets just hope we can get something coyb!!

I struggle to see how Arteta's been average, he was the only player who looked like he knew what he was doing against Liverpool and he was the one that broke them down with that pass to Victor.

He's got to play, a midfield of Neville/Rodwell and Osman will get nowhere against Chelsea, I wouldn't play Osman at all to be honest. Not his type of game this one.

I don't think this is the kind of game that caution is in order. I also think it is going to be very important to figure out how to compete the middle. Playing direct may work at times, and I think the counter-attack is a possibility, but the the boys can hold firm in the middle and maintain some possession, they can take points from this game.

The main thing here is belief. Do the Toffees believe they should take points from this game? The press doesn't and most fans don't, but it comes down to the players and the management. It starts with tactical preparation that the players and management believe in and then it takes courage and commitment to take risks and make them count.

I think barring any knocks not cured from the Derby it will be the same team, in which event I do not fancy our back four keeping Drogba and Anelka quiet.

I will defo be surprised to get a draw.

But I can see it being one of two things....after 20minutes and they score it'll be business as usual for Chelski.

Or 70minutes of pure luck, graft and hard work, then losing a goal just to give us that kick we all need....
